PRINTED ON DEMAND
Every Canvas Crew piece is printed to order through our global print partner, Gelato. We don't hold stock — when you place an order it's routed to the production facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps shipping fast and the carbon footprint low.
PRODUCTION TIME
Canvases are typically produced within a few working days of your order. Exact production time varies by region, size and current studio load.
DELIVERY TIME
Once produced, your piece ships tracked from the local Gelato facility. Delivery estimates are calculated live based on your address — you'll see the projected delivery window at checkout before you pay. UK and EU orders typically arrive faster than rest-of-world.
PACKAGING
Every canvas ships in protective corner-guarded packaging inside a sturdy outer box, with the mounting kit (sawtooth bracket, screws and a wall hook) included so you can hang it straight away.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If anything arrives damaged or not as described, send a photo within 14 days of delivery to hello@canvascrew.shop and we'll reprint and reship — no quibbles.
